I would like to share a simple delicassy with mushroom. I like to marinate the fruiting body with walnut oil to bring a rich hearty cooked flavor into pallet. Take 2 Portebella caps and slice to desired size and feature. Add into a large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup diced sprouted walnuts, 1 small shallot, 1/2 cup minced parsely, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 1/4 cold press walnut oil, 1 garic clove ( i like to use 5)1/2 lemon squeezed, 1 tsp corriander, 1 tsp parika, 1 tsp salt & also pepper or (to taste). Mix ingredients and now ready to serve.
This is a fine pleasurable flavor and has a rich aroma of eath to it. You can add into a mix of kale and veggies for a salad or complete a sandwhich with raw crackers and bread with addition to using a spread or avocado. If you know how to make tortia or fruit roll ups, than you got yourself and mouth orgasim.
