Increase & Balance the Chakras through Diet!
When you think about your chakra system you probably aren't considering the types of foods that you consume. We can properly affect our energy by the way we diet and also increase the vibration of these energy fields. Ever feel or get the notion that, “something was just about to” or “someone was just gonna”, and then it did or they appeared? You already knew. You sensed that energy from a projection from someone else’s energetic magnetic field. With a well supported diet you can definitely fine tune your awareness. These intuitions are processed and perceived at first through your chakra fields, than possibly a reality. It’s more than just prayer, meditation, spiritual awareness. Where are you in your cosmic journey? What are your intentions and what vibration do you carry. Our chakras are energy vortexes and invisible to most of us. These chakras cannot sustain our human body without and it is important to feed and nourish the organic micro organisms and the body in order to help support and fuel our chakras. Whenever one or more of your chakras is misaligned you might want to take a look and see if you are not eating or possibly overeating the foods that fuel that particular chakra. In most cases you can be affected by Electric Magnetic Energy fields that are projected from technological devices and advancements. Often with that projection and lack of knowledge in diet you may find yourself fatigued or over stimulated. Here are foods under each of the seven primary chakras that will encourage you to consciously fuel your proportions of energy. Your diet may very well have a discrepancy with deficiency or over-indulgence with these foods.
We can do our part in helping bring balance to our chakras by eating a balanced diet.
