TINCTURE TIME
The best thing for any addiction problem is to avoid (whenever possible) people, places, friends, activities,
and things that are directly related to the problem. It is a good idea to seek professional counseling and/or a
support group.
Any addiction is a habitual psychological and physiological dependence on a substance or practice
beyond one’s voluntary control.
• Calcium – 2 tsp

• Manganese – 1 tsp
• Platinum 1-2 tsp am only
• Vitamin B-Complex
• Vitamin C
• MSM
(Serve in 4oz of green juice, or with vitamin green powder and water. Make sure it's real H2o. You can also put it in a double shot of wheat grass, aloe juice, or kombucha.)
Alcohol is metabolized as a sugar in the body, and it is the sugar that
is being craved by the body when you attempt to stop drinking. Many counselors may advise you to stop
using caffeine and sugar’ yet in many instances this makes your problem worse. When cravings occur, try
having little candy snacks, raw chocolate sweets, or coconut water. They are found to satisfy these cravings. You will have to slowly decrease the amount of candy or sweets to make this attempt successful. Please refrain from caffeine. It's a bitch like chlorine, it unravels dna and creates a mess. I used coconut water to quit my alcoholism years ago. I of course made the decision and put myself in a situation that could support it. I stayed on the beaches of Hawai'i and I drank as many coconuts I could when cravings came and the craving went away every time. If I didn't have a coconut close by, I ate coconut oil and that seemed to relief my symptoms of withdrawal. I want to be real with you, I use to drink 1/2 a bottle of "wild turkey" a night with ease. Now its time to quit the dope!
