"Bison Ceviche Paprike" - Yummy Primal Diet - B-12 download

10/27/2012

"BISON CEVICHE PAPRIKE!"
The best bio-available Primal protein download.

Picture
Aloha, Anyone whom has a mal-nourishment of protein or perhaps O blood type would definitely benefit from a serving of the "Bison Ceviche Paprike!" Buffalo is a sweeter meat than beef, with higher protein and flavor, together with more of the important minerals we all need.  There is no hint of a “gamey” taste.  Buffalo is becoming today's popular red meat. While technically these meat animals should be called North American Bison, hence Bison meat, the general public knows these animals as North American Buffalo and the meat as Buffalo Meat. Please know that you must ask if it is Bison or Buffalo. The classification for Buffalo is actually the label name for "water buffalo", which is not "bison". So make sure when you purchase your meats if its not classified as North American Bison or Bison, and only such as "Buffalo", then you're definitely not getting the right meat or nutrition you're thinking.

When solely grass-fed, buffalo meat has a yellow-tinged fat with a stronger flavor and a tougher consistency than a grain-fed animal. When eating it raw it's best to use onion, garlic, lemon, salt, digestive enzymes, or apple cider that help break down the animal tissue and make it more palatable. While nutritionally a better source of Omega 3 fatty acids, grass-fed have a toughness and stronger flavor that is NOT a particularly good selling point, but better nutrition. A buffalo meat product must taste good if you expect the consumer to come back for more. When it's just made right it's found to be added into most anyone's diet regularly. Consider twice the amount of protein at a better bio available source with twice as much of the health beneficial fats.

Buffalo meat is a great source of numerous vitamins and minerals. It is high in B12, B6, potassium, iron, zinc, copper and selenium, while lower in sodium, calories and cholesterol.
BISON CEVICHE PAPRIKE
3/4 lbs Bison
1 avocado
4 small paprika peppers
1 small red onion

1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cup spinach
5-7 garlic cloves
1-1 1/2 tbls olive oil
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp cumin seed (fresh ground)
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Picture
Picture

Take your veggies and dice the garlic and red onion. Remove the stems from the spinach leaves and slice the paprika into small rings for fun or dice them up. Place veggies to the side. Properly rinse of your bison with distilled or R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) water, place onto a cutting board, and cut into thin slices about 1-1 1/2 inches.

Remember to remove all the fat and tendon. They are not needed for your diet. Place all your ingredients that has been prepped in a quart size jar. Add your spices, seal the lid, and shake.  Place into fridge at temperature 41*-37* and allow about 24hrs for the flavors to infuse.

Blend in food processor and place in large mixing bowl.
Next grab ¼ cup onion, ¼ cup dill, 2 carrots (peel and cut) ¼ cup parsley. Blend all ingredients into food processor. Remove and add to large mixing bowl.
Finally with a Vitamix add these ingredients creating a “mayonnaise” texture flavoring.  Add 1 ½ cup sprouted almonds,

Add water to create consistency of mayonnaise like texture. Now add
into large mixing bowl with awaited ingredients. Mix thoroughly and watch your

1 tsp pink himalayan salt
2 tbls. red onion
4 tbls cold press avocado or olive oil
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls lemon juice
¼ cup basil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
 4 dates
Picture
Mushroom layer
3-4 cups miatake, shitake (sliced)
3 tbls dulse
2 tbls cold press avocado or olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper

Herb Ricotta Cheeze
1 cup mac nuts
1/2 cup brazil nuts

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Picture

Noodle sheets & marinated veggies

3 zuchinni, 2 yellow squash (thin sliced with mandolin)
1 large shallot sliced really thin
2 bell peppers sliced really thin (red, yellow, orange)
2 tbls olive oil
2 tbls lemon juice
dash of salt

Picture

Toppings
1 cup diced spinach spinach
1/2 raw (pitted) olives
1/2 cup fresh basil

tomato sauce
: Blend everything together till smooth. Set aside.
mushrooms: Marinate mushrooms in the soy sauce for 2 hours. Drain and set aside.
noodle sheets and marinated veggies: Cut the zucchini on a mandolin into  wide, paper-thin slices. Set aside. Combine the onion and the bell pepper in a bowl with the oil, lemon juice and salt and let marinate for 12-18hrs.
cheese: Combine everything in a food processor and process till smooth. Add more water to give it a ricotta cheese consistency.. When smooth, put into a glass bowl, cover it with a moist cloth towel (cheese cloth) and set it out at room temp. After about 6-8 hrs you can refrigerate it till use.
Making the lasagna: Put thin slices of the zucchini on the bottom of a glass lasagna pan. Top this layer with a thin layer of the ricotta cheese, top the cheese layer with a layer of mushrooms, then again the zucchini, top that layer with the tomato sauce, top the tomato sauce layer with a layer of the sliced onions, red and yellow peppers, top that with a layer of more zucchini slices, layer on top of that with more ricotta cheese, then top it with a layer of the spinach leaves, top that with mushrooms, and then some marinated sliced onions, red and yellow peppers, then again with the zucchini and then top the whole thing with the tomato sauce and garnish the top with chopped olives and fresh basil leaves. Cover it and place it into the fridge to set up, about 3-5 hours.

Picture
Keep in mind with a Mandolin you can change up the type of noodle you want and with the recipes above you can get rather creative. Have fun making spaghetti, or a raw cheesy noodle bowl, or a mushroom marinara pasta.

Picture
Blend the mushroom marinara to craete a different sauce
Raw food doesn't have to be served cold. You can cut a piece and put it into the dehydrator so it will get warm and then serve it. Or put in the microwave. Just kidding. Many blessings and great health to you and yours.  Bon Appetit!
