Conscious LifeForce is making it convenient for you to understand how to thrive by Food Consciousness. Look at your food, the product, the ingredients, and pay attention to what you consume.
Most people go about daily without ever reading what they are ingesting or what they purchase to share with their family or consume individually. You are what you eat, lets face it. Just look at the difference between the appearance and health of society and also other countries. What are the dietary standards, "fads", normality and the introspective of physical appearance on what is accepted socially revolving around today's diet? Everything you eat ads up and it shows. How and when you consume even affects you. If not shown in this life, definitely in a gene expression passed on through DNA later on to your offspring, your children. You will see the manifestation of these modifications, dis-ease, and evolution.
Where is your food grown? How is it grown? Today is not like it use to be with hand harvested produce fresh available on the table. Most things commercially are harvested by machinery and influenced in growth by fertilizers and preserved for shelf by chemicals with a labeling as "natural" because the origination of where it was derived from.
Before and After images of produced Sodium Alginate. After being completely washed, treated by heat, broken down and reformed, Alginate is used and added to create that solid flexible feature these Kelp Noodles have.
One food source I would like to bring to attention and have a Conscious overview being a favorite in the world of Raw Food products is KELP NOODLES and its production. "Yummy!" the delicious crunch of texture and light filling in every bite of a Raw Vegan dish. What an awesome product to enjoy. Lets look a bit deeper in this pleasurable item and how at convenience we have it available to us.
Why eat something that has been unnaturally molested to be made into something that holds contamination Naturally when you eat kelp you get natural sodium alginate this helps chelate neuro-toxins and heavy metals from your body. Look at what they add into your food and you can find such ingredients on labels of your products on the market shelf. Other preservatives to look at and question are "spices", "natural flavors", and anything you can not pronounce or remember two minutes after reciting. These derivatives have wide application in the food industry (gelling, water-holding, emulsifying and stabilizing properties), in the cosmetic industry, and in medicine and dentistry (dental impressions). There are food grade and textile or industrial grade, this is just a difference in term by the processing. However across the board its ok to consume? It doesn't resonate with me. Lets put what we use in our manufactured goods in our food. I first began my steps in removing the processed items and raising my conscious awareness by not eating what was found in my hygiene, cleaning, and house hold products. In 2005 I had a big "WOW"! Nine years later I am free of my symptoms from Depleted Uranium and a Biological Contamination.
Projected paths of the radioactive atmospheric plume emanating from the Fukushima reactors, best described as airborne particles or aerosols for 131I, 137Cs, and 35S, and subsequent atmospheric monitoring showed it coming in contact with the North American continent at California, with greatest exposure in central and southern California. Government monitoring sites in Anaheim (southern California) recorded peak airborne concentrations of 131I at 1.9 pCi m−3
Instead of doing much to try to protect their citizens from Fukushima, Japan, the U.S.and the EU all just raised the radiation levels they deem “safe”.
The matter of the issue is I consciously buy as many desired metric tons drop shipped from China to use for Industrial or Food Grade Commercial use for my products. You unconsciously are not aware and are possibly being poisoned because it is used as a preservative. The package reads what it says and you buy into it. Possible there is a word that resonates with you "natural", "raw", "wild crafted", "organic", does not mean it is safe to eat. In order a label deemed to be ORGANIC only 70% of total ingredients need to be certified ORGANIC. Let's also mention if it is less then overall 105 total of an ingredient, you do not have to even register it to a nutritional facts label on the product. This is only one example of an ingredient found in our commercial food supply, there are so many present today.
