"Here's a simple tip and something easy to add into your diet. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. Make sure it is an Un-pasturized Organic source.
Take 1 Tbls Apple Cider to 1 cup of water. Do this twice a day, once in the morning and then once in the early afternoon. Always follow with two cups of water within the next 25 minutes to balance out this wonderful substance that activates your natural mechanisms for healthy optimization. Please properly hydrate your body throught the day. I reccomend building up to a gallon a day and start off by 8 cups of water and after a three day period add 2 more cups every three days into your diet until you reached a gallon a day to properly condition your body into a normal hydrated machine.
Apple Cider Vinegar stimulates the metabolism, boosts the immune system, kills bacteria and viruses, and much more. Its got a great amount of B vitamin and also fulvic acid.
