Today I would like to introduce to you a recipe that is absolutely delicious and is full of helpful health benefits for the gut and immune body.
Many of us do not get an adequate supply of probiotics. Infact the world we live in today is all Anti-biotic, Anti-bacterial which is indicating an Anti-Life attitude.
That is no fun and it is no fun when it is dealing with a lack of digestive support or immune functioning. No one likes a leaky gut or a head cold. Be proactive and preventive with dietary measure to secure a more efficient vessel for obtaining life experiences.

One important secret to making really delicious yet medicinal cultured veggies is to use freshly harvested, organic, well-cleaned vegetables. After washing the veggies, dry them and clean equipment is key. You can prep the veggies by cutting them anyway you desire. If you want to use time efficiently and you do not mind using electronics, you can use a food processor to blend veggies to desired texture.

Instruction:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.Remove several cups of this mixture and put into a blender.Add enough filtered water to make a "brine" the consistency of a thick juice. Blend well and then add brine back into first mixture. Stir well.Pack mixture down into a 1½ quart glass or stainless steel container. Use your fist, a wooden dowel, or a potato masher to pack veggies tightly.Fill container almost full, but leave about 2 inches of room at the top for veggies to expand.Roll up several cabbage leaves into a tight "log" and
place them on top to fill the remaining 2 inch space. Clamp jar closed.Let
veggies sit at about a 70 degree room temperature for at least three days. A
week is even better. Refrigerate to slow down fermentation. Enjoy!

Cultured Veggies
2 heads green and or purple cabbage, sliced or shredded in a food processor
6 carrots, large, sliced or shredded in a food processor
1 bushel kale, sliced or shredded in a food processor
3 inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped, minced, or grinded
6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 cup fresh dill, chopped or 1 tbsp dill
1 tsp salt and pepper.
1 lemon, squeezed
2 tsp applecider vinegar
water, if desired

Cabbage is the most ideal vegetable for fermentation, since it contains an  abundance of lactic acid bacteria, as well as a good amount of vitamin C and  some vitamin A. Onions and tomatoes are good complements for fermentation with  other vegetables. Fermented onion is mild and relatively easily digested. Vegetables should be well rinsed, and root vegetables should be brushed. You’ll also need to have non-iodized salt on hand. Sea salt is a good choice, the best would go with Himalayan Pink salt, as it provides additional minerals. Your hands, utensils and containers should  be as clean as possible and well rinsed of residual soap.Salt prevents both the overgrowth of yeast and the breakdown of vegetable proteins before enough lactic acid builds up to have a preservative effect. When making fermented vegetables, the salinity requirement is 1 to 11/2 teaspoons of salt per 2 pounds of vegetables. Saline water (1 tablespoon of salt per quart of  water) should be added to cover the vegetables by at least an inch. A proper initial temperature is 68 to 72 degrees for two to three days, which starts the fermentation. Then store the vegetables at 58 to 64 degrees for four to six weeks. After this time, it’s good to store them at 40 to 60 degrees, which is adequate for keeping the vegetables for a year or more. 70 degrees is the average comfortable household temperature. A location  out of the sun is preferable, and a low kitchen cabinet works nicely. (By using  a low cabinet, ideally next to the floor, the temperature is most stabilized. A  northeast corner of the house is also most stable.) In a non-air-conditioned  house, the north side of the house will work better in warmer weather. A cellar or basement is very nice to have for the second stage, or even the storage stage, since the earth’s temperature at that level is around 60 degrees.

Getting down with the Black Radish!

 Bringing you one of my favorite, a little spicy though, Basho's (Black radish). These are organisms that are saturated with protein, carbohydrates and minerals. It contains a lot of glycosides, enzymes, fiber, and vitamin group B. It goes without saying that a large number of radish contains magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur and phosphorus, and amino acids. It is logical that with such a rich and varied composition, black radish has won the love of people experiencing hairloss, respitory illness, and gastrointestinol issues. Radish juice can give, which is a good disinfectant, which can even handle the wound. Festering and inflamed wounds on the body, eczema, bruises, scratches, all it can handle the juice of black radish.Its therapeutic properties help in the fight to overcome the virus attacks the body during epidemics and the spread of colds diseases. Radish is an excellent tool in the treatment of tuberculosis, and bronchitis.The Radish is killing a large number of pathogenic microbes with its powerful enzymes. Including dishes with the addition of a radish, you can very well strengthen the immune system and resist diseases in the cold season. It turns out unusual taste "spicy" and will make a stinky "burp", as well as vitamins and an energy boost. These veggies produce a lot of carbohydrates.   Medicinal properties of the root allows you to adjust and normalize bowel movements and all interconnected with the digestive system. If you regularly tortured constipation, definitely add to your diet radish and various dishes from it. It has a lot of helpful intestinal tissue, is it necessary to gut to work properly. It should be remembered that the black radish juice can cause frequent urination. Keep this in mind when taking the juice before leaving the house for a long time. They are really detoxing. The bactericidal property of the radish is manifested by the fact that in its present composition of lysozyme and  volatile.  The black radish is famous not only for its medicinal properties, but also for its ability to prolong the life of someone who uses it regularly. In ancient times in the orient people believed that the radish on the dining table is a guarantee of long life. Japanese culture does not understand a diet to be without. I would totally see Samuri grinding on these. Bless

"I was exposed to a biological weapon when I was deployed to Iraq in 2003. This had caused a few neurological problems and also a few other life threatening symptoms to occur. For years I have been off and on with a dietary habit of consuming large amounts Raw Goat dairy. My diet does consist largely of raw veggies and cultured foods however I do go through periods of time in my practice where the only thing my body craves is jalapeno’s and Raw Goat cheese. I have been off and on of eating a pound of cheese everyday for weeks or even a couple weeks to months at a time and then resting off. I know you might think I’ll be creating complications in my diet from overload of fat molecules to the liver and density of fat in the and become lethargic, but the fat molecule in goat dairy is 3x smaller than the fat molecule of cow dairy. This allows the body to not absorb so much fat and also the genetics of goat lactate is almost identical to the human lactate. It is of closes to human than any other mammal. Besides that, juicing a bushel of parsley a day while maintaining a heavy dairy diet will cause the body to be able to release bile needed to digest and clean out the fat in the liver and blood. If you are into a heavy diet of animal’s fats and dairy, it would be who of you to drink fresh juiced parsley, dandelion, and chard often, if not everyday. There are many benefits for the minerals and enzymes that are in lack of in a modern day diet or commerical diet. These enzymes will shed the fat and waste off your body.There is a great reason for my subconscious craving for goat dairy. This behavior became more apparent when I discontinued a full summer of detox of heavy metals and chemicals by infared, natural spring, earth and zeolite cleansing and had malgums removed to restore my immune systems natural ability to thrive. Could this be possibly the reason? A 1/3 of the dairy consumed is Vitamin K2 and also contains Vitamin D. One thing I did experience during my journey post  Iraq was being bitten by a brown recluse spider. There has been claim and research in neurological studies in combination to theory with ancient mysticisms that correlates a belief that the active enzyme released by the spider’s venom is possibly an“antidote” or “counterpart medicine” for chemical/biological weapons, or contamination due to its active enzymes therein. The biological weapons developed by Einstein’s partner were made to mimic the necrosis effects of being bitten but with a 1000x negative effect at hand and instantly. I remember  and will never forget seeing dismembered and mutilated bodies of people and animals that looked turned inside out laying on the ground on the out skirts and through the villages after the 7 night and day air missile war. Im not stating that the fact all those lives were taken from a biological weapon, but there was positive identification for chemicals that were released into the atmosphere and that the thousands of fish floating down the Euphrates River were of disposal of Sarin Gas. The bodies to the flesh of what was turned inside out, who only knows? The 7 day/night air missle war was the initial start to the invasion and occupance of Iraq. For 2 1/2 years post Iraq, I had suffered from mass blisteration and continuos infection on my lower extremetes. I now have a hypersensitivity to anything not of the earth. Any chemical, artificial, non organic, fragrance, light, or substance, my immune system will no tolerate it and my skin will crack open and bleed and possibly develop inflamation and discolor. Although lead through a journey of detox and education of health, biochemistry, physics, and culinary, I have developed a stronger immune body but must refrain from things that are not Raw, Organic, clean, pure. I really think that there is a connection to my body’s natural pull to the goat dairy. I have had quite the evolution of health in my body from that contamination til now. I spend every effort bettering my life and fueling it with the divine given abudance of mother earth. Now I can feel my shins, wrists, fingers and toes again. Neurotoxic Disorders of Organophosphorus Compounds and Their Managements
Organophosphorus compounds have been used as pesticides and as chemical warfare nerve agents. The mechanism of toxicity of organophosphorus compounds is the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase, which results in accumulation of acetylcholine and the continued stimulation of acetylcholine receptors. Therefore, they are also called anticholinesterase agents. Organophosphrus
pesticides
have largely been used worldwide, and poisoning by these agents, particularly in developing countries, is a serious health problem. Organophosphorus nerve agents were used by Iraqi army against Iranian combatants and even civilian population in 1983 – 1988. They were also used for chemical terrorism in Japan in 1994 – 1995. Their use is still a constant threat to the population. Therefore, medical and health professionals should be awareand learn more about the toxicology and proper management of organophosphorus poisoning. Determination of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase activity in 
blood remains a mainstay for the fast initial screening of organophosphorus compounds but lacks sensitivity and specificity. Quantitative analysis of organophosphorus compounds and their degradation products in plasma and urine by mass spectrometric methods may prove exposure but is expensive and is limited to specialized laboratories. However, history of exposure to organophosphorous compounds and clinical manifestations of a cholinergic syndrome are sufficient for management of the affected patients. The standard management of poisoning with organophosphorous compounds consists of decontamination, and injection of atropine sulfate with an oxime. Recent advances on treatment of organophosphorus pesticides poisoning revealed that blood alkalinization with sodium bicarbonate and also magnesium sulfate as adjunctive therapies are promising. Patients who receive prompt proper treatment usually recover from acute toxicity but may suffer from neurologic complications.

“An enzyme known to act as a powerful antidote against organophosporous compounds has been expressed in the milk of transgenic goats, report researchers in Canada and the US. Organophosphorus compounds are recognised as potential chemical weapons agents. The human enzyme butyrylcholinesterases (BChE) has long been investigated as a powerful antidote against organophosphorous compounds that might be used as chemical weapons. The goat-milk approach produces larger quantities of enzyme than can be obtained from human serum. Yue-Jin Huang and colleagues at PharmAthene Canada, Montreal, first used guinea pigs to check whether they could get mammals to produce human BChE in their milk. After a
successful trial, they stepped up to an economically realistic model. Goats are often used in the production of recombinant proteins, such as antibodies, because they are cheap to maintain and breed fast. Huang's team could produce up to five grams of the antidote per litre of goats' milk. But the recombinant enzyme purified from this source did not show the characteristic tetramer assembly of the protein isolated from human serum, and did not carry the full set of sugar attachments (glycosylation pattern) necessary. The researchers then attached polyethylene glycol to the protein, which resulted in a product that was comparable in its biological activity and half-life to the original human protein. Patrick Masson, who investigates the connection between cholinesterases and organophosphate toxicity at CRSSA (Centre de Recherche des Services de Santé des Armées) at Grenoble, France, welcomed the new development. 'This is an important piece of work which considerably improves the prophylaxis and the treatment of organophosphate poisoning,' he told Chemistry World. 'It is not only of interest for the military, security staff, and medical personnel, but also for the general population who could become victims of attacks using such
compounds,' he said, recalling events on the Tokyo subway in 1995, when the organophosphate sarin was responsible for 12 deaths and 50 serious injuries.'Injection of a dose of 200mg enzyme protects humans against up to five times the LD50 [dose required to kill half the members of a tested population] of the most potent nerve agents, such as soman and VX, with no side effects,' said Masson. VX nerve gas (O-ethyl-S-[2(diisopropylamino)ethyl] methylphosphonothiolate) and soman (O-pinacolyl methylphosphonofluoridate) are used solely as chemical weapons. -Michael Gross”

Raw foods is the most effective source of enzymes. Enzymes are destroyed when the food is processed, canned, and cooked. Cooking and processing destroys the natural enzymes found in foods. Anything present to 39*2C or 102.5*F  is at which the
accelerated rate of enzymes depletion. From the moment there is impact from dropping or oxygen is introduced from slicing the enzyme depletion process starts to occurs. America’s modern diet is enzyme-deficient. Supplementation with enzymes replaces those lost in cooking, and enhances the enzymes found in raw foods. RAW CHOCOLATE FOR BREAKFAST IS JUST FINE!

 Chocolate has been around forever and its a favorite. I remeber growing up it was never permitted to have chocolate in the morning, especially before breakfast. But the truth is its a great source of nutrition for beginging your day and throughout. Its loaded with tons of beneficial enzymes, vitamins, and antioxidents. The cacao tree (Theobroma cacao) originated in the Amazon rain forest and then later it moved to Central America. The Mayan tribes in Central America cultivated the cocoa tree about 1500 BC.  Late, the Aztecs made a sacred beverage called "chocolatl," where we get the word chocolate.  Cocoa was exported to Europe in the late 16th century but the first chocolate bar was not made until the mid 1800s. And since then thats where things went wrong. You heard yes, dark chocolate is of a nutiritonal benefit, but with modern industrialization and development of our food sources, processed goods, we lowered the quality and took away the bodies natural ability to absorb its nutrients. There is now processed sugars, fats, and alkali that have canceled out the benefits. Its been around for a long time and has benefitted man with proper digestion, cardiovascular support, and nuerological  enhancement through its phytonutrients.

Antioxidants are preserved in raw cacao not like processed dark chocolate. Benefits from unprocessed organic chocolate include; much higher levels of the famous chocolate antioxidants (oligomeric procynanidins, resveratrol and the polyphenols: catechin and
epicatechin) as well as the preservation of vitamin C, phenethylamine (PEA, is a neurotransmitter that is responsible for the "Aloha" feeling!),Omega-6 fatty acid, tryptophan. Chocolate is a great anti inflamatory. When Omega-6 fatty acids is heated becomes rancid and causes inflammation. There is also relief about caffine in chocolate. There is none. Theobromine is a natural enzyme found in cacao and it is one of the three parts that make up the form of caffine. So try to stay away from non-Raw Chocolate and enjoy the stimulation without the withdrawal.

If anyone every tells you that the amount of chocolate you eat  everyday will rot your teeth. Tell them, Theobromine actually kills streptococci mutans, its one of the strains of bacteria that cause tooth decay. You'll win the arguement. Bless
