"AB & J Crackers"
How many love Peanut Butter and Jelly Crackers? I for sure love nut butters and sweets. I'm a sucker for a handful of sprouted walnuts and dates. Especially when I wake up in the middle of the night. Thank god though It's not pausterized or roasted nuts either or I would be causing a bad stressor in my body. The molecular change when dimension is shifted by increase in heat of atmosphere temperature causes a wonderful fatty acid to become an allergen. This is static to the multi cellular body. Inefficiency wont be tolerated and than it shows. We wind up buying a new swim suit or a pair of pants a size bigger. I use to always wear sweaters. Now I have to wear two of them when its cold because no body fat. It's completely the opposite. Just remember moderation, balance, and verywell "baby steps" in transition to a raw food diet. I can explain and converse over the ideals of what "phage"(greek; to eat.) and swiftly win arguement being a self image of the knowledge at hand. It's been quite the research. Anyway, during your research of Omega Fatty Acids and into the Anti-microbials, about disease aleaving and toxins removing, it would be great to snack on some AB & J Cracker's. Remember to soak your nut's! The only way you can remove the active enzyme that is protecting the organism in suspended animation is Hydrogen and Oxygen. If I could use that as a pick up line and get away with it or wind up falling in love, than something is telling me something. Enjoy your snack! Bless.
Take 1 cup Almonds, blend with 1 – 2 tbls water, salt to taste.
(Remeber you can use any kind of nut so you're not limited)
Blueberry & Cherry Jam: use (vitamix)
½ cup Cherry, ¼ Blueberry, 6 dates, 2 tbls water.
Flax Cracker: use (vitamix and dehydrator)
Take 1 cup mixed celery, zucchini, Add 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/4 onion, 4 garlic cloves,2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbls olive oil, 1 tbls paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper . [Blend in vitamix]. Place into large mixing bowl and 4 cups of sprouted flax seed. Mix together ingredients and flax seed. Place onto dehydration sheet at ¼ in thickness and place into dehydrator at 100* for 18 – 26 hrs. After 10hrs flip and remove dehydration sheet. Continue to dehydrate until desired cracker
texture.
