TINCTURE TIME

Picture
ALCOHOL/DRUG/TOBACCO ADDICTIONS
The best thing for any addiction problem is to avoid (whenever possible) people, places, friends, activities,
and things that are directly related to the problem. It is a good idea to seek professional counseling and/or a
support group.

Any addiction is a habitual psychological and physiological dependence on a substance or practice
beyond one’s voluntary control.
• Calcium – 2 tsp
• Magnesium – 4 tsp
• Manganese – 1 tsp
• Platinum 1-2 tsp am only
• Vitamin B-Complex
• Vitamin C
• MSM

(Serve in 4oz of green juice, or with vitamin green powder and water. Make sure it's real H2o. You can also put it in a double shot of wheat grass, aloe juice, or kombucha.)

Dear Alcoholic's,
Alcohol is metabolized as a sugar in the body, and it is the sugar that
is being craved by the body when you attempt to stop drinking. Many counselors may advise you to stop
using caffeine and sugar’ yet in many instances this makes your problem worse. When cravings occur, try
having little candy snacks, raw chocolate sweets, or coconut water. They are found to satisfy these cravings. You will have to slowly decrease the amount of candy or sweets to make this attempt successful. Please refrain from caffeine. It's a bitch like chlorine, it unravels dna and creates a mess. I used coconut water to quit my alcoholism years ago. I of course made the decision and put myself in a situation that could support it. I stayed on the beaches of Hawai'i and  I drank as many coconuts I could when cravings came and the craving went away every time.  If I didn't have a coconut  close by, I ate coconut oil and that seemed to relief my symptoms of withdrawal.  I want to be real with you, I use to drink 1/2 a bottle of "wild turkey" a night with ease. Now its time to quit the dope!

Love Me,

Namaste

Copper - Anti parasite - super conductor- conscious living food- medicinal nutrition- conscious life force

Copper
Cyprium (metal of Cyprus) cuprum

Picture
ALOHA TO COPPER!
Picture
Copper is good for parasites. There are two types of parasites that infect the human being, large parasites, which are primarily different types of worms and small parasites, which are mainly microscopic in size including what are called protozoa and amoebae. Despite their near invisibility, the small parasites can be the most dangerous. Copper simply kills all microscopic parasites and the larger intestinal tract worms. Many times the body’s metabolism is slowed because primary nutrients needed to satisfy the body are consumed by the parasites, leaving empty calories and fat to be hoarded by the cells much like the body hoards unusable minerals.
A woman that had done a lot of traveling to foreign lands suddenly started to lose her hearing and began wearing
hearing aids. After taking ionic, water soluble copper – her hearing returned. The copper killed the Hook Worms in her
ear canal. Water-soluble copper will kill all large as well as microscopic parasites within the human body. It crosses the
blood-brain barrier and goes everywhere on its parasite-killing rampage while not being toxic at all to the body.

Picture
A copper/zinc imbalance is a condition that can be so serious. Copper is an essential trace mineral, but it is needed only in minute amounts. It works in a paired relationship with zinc, sometimes in complement and sometimes opposing. Copper is present in most foods, and is also absorbed from the environment. When zinc is present in abundance, and when there is enough quality protein available to bind it, copper can be handled freely, and the excess can be readily excreted trough the bile.
When the diet is lacking in zinc and protein and in fats to promote bile production, the use of high copper foods, and environmental copper, primarily ingested through our water, promote buildup of copper in our tissues. This is a symptom of toxicity.
Please use caution and make sure to mix 2:1 Copper to Zinc.

Copper also can help restore the original color to your hair.
A warning to the interested, unlike the other trace minerals, use of copper can have side effects. Depending on the
number and type of parasites in the body, copper use can cause a ‘healing crises’ as the parasite releases toxins as a
defense mechanism just before the copper kills them. The dead parasites themselves also give off ammonia as they are
eliminated, which can cause moderate to severe flu-like symptoms (body aches, headaches, stomach cramps, etc.). Since copper itself is not toxic, and since it is virtually impossible to be allergic to trace minerals themselves – if consuming copper tends to make you feel ill, don’t panic. These negative symptoms don’t last long and rarely last more than a week at the most. Remember the metaphysical properties are great. It holds vary grounding and healing energy and it is also a super conductor to energy, so wrap some copper around some crystals and enjoy the positive effect.  Please use caution and make sure to mix 2:1 Copper to Zinc.
Namaste.

Coriolus versicolor - (trametes versicolor) Turkey Tail - anti cancer beta-glucan.

Coriolus versicolor - (Trametes versicolor)
 "Turkey Tail"
Anti Cancer Polysaccharides Beta-glucan.
Picture
Aloha,
Coriolus versicolor (Trametes versicolor) "Turkey Tail" is the most well-studied mushroom in the world. This is the leading anticancer drug's natural source  in the world today. There are hundreds of studys demonstrating the immune modulating properties both in healthy and chronologically diseased. In Latin "tremetes" means, "thin one" and "versicolor" means,  "variously colored. This is a really important mushroom and clearly you'll see why I use it myself.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, Turkey Tail is used to clear dampness, reduce phlegm, heal pulmonary disorders, strengthen the physique, increase energy and benefit people with chronic diseases they are most popularly known as being the natural source of the anti-cancer polysaccharide PSK.  PSK (polysaccharide K) is a high molecular weight carbohydrate found in the fruitbodies and (in higher concentrations) in the mycelium of Turkey Tails. PSK fights cancers and tumors by inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and by "stimulating a host mediated response." Natural Killer cells are also promoted to enhance the immune system. It is often used in conjunction with chemotherapy to increase cancer survival rates. PSP is being proposed as an inhibitor of HIV replication based on an in vitro study . Cancer (cervical, breast, lung, gastric, colon, sarcoma, carcinoma, esophageal, etc.) , Immunodeficiency, Hepatitis B and C, and Malaria, have all been treated with turkey tail. Chinese medical doctors consider it a useful treatment for infection and/or inflammation of the upper respiratory, urinary and digestive tracts. Turkey Tail is also regarded as curative to liver ailments (including hepatitis B and chronic active hepatitis) and is used to treat general weakness of the immune system

PSK has also demonstrated itself to activate interferon production. Turkey tail has also been found to regenerate damaged bone marrow, increase energy levels and offer pain relief in cancer patients. These beta-glucans can pass through the stomach wall and into the blood stream. Receptors for these beta-glucans have been found on neutrophilis, monocytes/macrophages, natural killer cells, and also T and B lymphocytes (remember T-cells?). These unique polysacchrides are potent inducers of proliferation, tumor cytotoxicity, and lymphokine production by human lymphocytes via in vitro studies. That means they work really well at aiming the missiles at the bag guy.

Coriolus Polysacchrides Provide Nutritional Support with Chemotherapy and Radiation.
Immunosuppressed people have had beneficial and fewer side effects when taking Turkey tail post chemo and from radiation exposure.  I use this mushroom for my post Iraq War radiation and chemical exposure. I have feeling back in my lower extremities and have had success battling my cancer post 10 years from exposure.

Coriolus versicolor has a unique, plush, velvety surface that is colored in varying shades of brown or gray, with a distinctive pattern of altering bands of dark and light colors. In Chinese they call it Yun Zhi which means "cloud mushroom". It certainly gives an appearance as such.

Dosage:
1,000-4,000 milligrams daily of hot water extraction. This would contain 20-36% (beta-glucan). Some mushrooms need to be treated with heat to release the powerful potentials. Turkey tail or Coriolus are much like Chaga and need to be treated to heat. Take about 1-4 400mg caps 2x daily on empty stomach.

Constituents:

Beta-glucans act as biological response modulators for the immune system and activate those components.
Protein-bound polysacchrides beta-1,4-glucan as the main chain with beta-1,3 glucan and beta-1.6 linkages and amino acids.

BLACK CUMIN - ANTI PARASITE, ANTI CANCER - ANCIENT MEDICINE

Nigella sativa
Black cumin seeds have been used for centuries for medical purposes as well as candy and liquor.  The seed offer's antioxidant benefits, phenolic content, beta-carotene and primarily the chemical thymoquinone. Thymoquinone promotes anti-inflammatory effects, inhibits cancer cell growth and proliferation and even causes cell death in cancer cells.   Antioxidants are chemicals that rid the body of free radicals that cause cell damage and promote disease. The consumption of black cumin seeds can offer health benefits due to the presence of thymoquinone. Consumption of black cumin seeds is considered an herbal, alternative treatment and should be taken under the direction of a physician.

The black cumin oil is also known as the oil of the Pharaohs. It is said that Cleopatra used it as a beauty oil. It was also found in the tomb of Tutankhamun.

Dioscorides, a physicist from ancient Greece,  used black seeds for headaches, nasal congestion, stomach pain and remove intestinal parasites.
Hippocrates considered black seeds a good remedy for digestive and hepatic disorders.

In ancient times it was used against jaundice. The Romans used the seeds as a substitute for pepper. Ibn Sina, author of the famous medical book "The Canon of Medicine" recommended black seeds to stimulate metabolism and against discouragement and lethargy.

Picture
There is convincing scientific evidence stating that the consumption of black cumin seeds can have benefits for the immune system to those that were exposed to gamma radiation. Black cumin seeds can offer anti-convulsive benefits and can help significantly reduce the frequency of seizures in those that suffer from the condition. There is much benefit for anti bacterial properties when consumed.

Health Benefits Black seed oil has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that make it very effective in many remedies. It improves the immunity system by fighting against infections.

Under following conditions this oil is suitable for treatment :

Toothaches, Headaches, Cold and flu, Hair problems, Skin problems, Diabetes, Allergies, Digestive problems.

These are just a few instances where oil obtained from black cumin seeds can be useful. In women, it is also found to improve menstruation related issues and increases milk production. The recommended dosage of this oil is one spoon per day and can be mixed in cold or warm drinks, or even added on top of food just before consumption.

Anti Bacterial - Anti MRSA
Scientific studies have also shown that black cumin seeds can offer benefits as an anti-bacterial agent. One study examined the effects of black cumin seeds against the bacterial infection of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, commonly known as MRSA. This study, performed by A. Hannan for the Department of Microbiology at the University of Health Sciences in Pakistan, showed that black cumin seeds offered an inhibitory effect against several strains of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus. These results are significant because methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus can become resistant to antibiotics, so use of black cumin seeds may become more prevalent in the treatment of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus if resistance occurs.

NATURAL MEDICINE

Infusion:
A tea made by pouring boiling water over the plant or parts of the plant. The most common method of preparing an infusion is to place herbs in a heat tolerant container that has a lid, and pour boiling water over the herbs ( a normal rule of thumb is to use a cup of green herbs per cup of boiling water applied, or a handful of dry herbs per cup of boiling water applied ). Cover the container and allow the herbs to steep in covered container for about 15 minutes. Your infusion is now ready to enjoy!

Decoction:

A drink made by boiling the plant or parts of the plant in water and then straining. As a rule of thumb, place the herbs in water that has been brought to a boil, then reduce heat until the water is gently simmering. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then strain. The liquid is the decoction. Honey or an aromatic herb is usually added to improve the taste.

Aromatic:

This refers to herbs that have a pleasant smell or taste. They are often used for potpourri or for adding to other herbs to improve the taste of a decoction. One part aromatic to three parts medicinal herb is usually sufficient.

Demulcent:

An herb that possesses soothing, mucilaginous qualities which help to relieve any internal irritation such as arrowroot, coltsfoot, comfrey, sassafras pith, and slippery elm.

Herbal Lozenges:
Herbal lozenges are a wonderful way to soothe a sore throat or relieve cold and flu conditions.
How to make Herbal Lozenges:

You will need about 4 ounces of your favorite herbal decoction, we recommend Blue Vervain, Echinacea or Sage.
Pour decoction into a bowl and add powdered Marsh Mallow root until you have a thick, paste like solution. Add 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil to mix.
Make small lozenges by pinching small amounts of the mix between your fingers and shaping to size. Place lozenges on wax paper and allow to dry for a few hours, then store in covered container in refrigerator.
Lozenges should keep in the fridge for several weeks.
Suck on a lozenge whenever you have a sore throat.

Tincture:

A preparation made by soaking an herb in alcohol until the alcohol absorbs the beneficial ingredients of the plant. This process is known as maceration.
How to make a tincture:

You will need a clean glass jar with lid, a pint size canning jar works fine, a cup of chopped fresh herbs from your garden or ¼ cup of dried herbs ( we recommend our tincture packs ) and 1 pint of vodka. The vodka is usually about 80-85 proof, do not use 100 proof vodka.
Place the herb material into the jar and fill jar with vodka. Close lid tightly and label the jar with the ingredients and the date.
Store the jar in a dark, dry and cool place. Every 2 days, shake the jar vigorously.
After four to six weeks, strain the mixture through a screen or colander, catching the liquid in bowl, then take the herbs and wrap in a towel or pillowcase and squeeze as much liquid as possible from herbs, catching this liquid in the bowl as well.
The Strained liquid is your finished tincture. We recommend storing tinctures in four ounce amber glass bottles, and keeping smaller one ounce amber glass bottles with droppers in your medicine cabinet, re-filling the smaller bottles as needed.

Tinctures made from at least 25% alcohol ( 80 proof vodka is 40% ) can be stored indefinitely, tinctures you do not use can be passed on to your children and grandchildren.
