The brain is a very elaborate machine. It's so complex and vast in capability in operation but it doesn't come with a manual. But that's fine. No worries, you are the one whom is programming it and making it function.
There is one thing we need to understand this is all chemically produced. All we have is activated molecules floating through a vacuum and it's just a reflection of planets and star systems floating in the vastness void of space. Our environment affects us, our diet effects us, every moment of consciousness effects which chemical is released or produced within the body. This is forms of energy, energy is information. These energies are influenced by vibrations and each energy holds a vibration. Such vibrations within our environment is a heavy influence. Psychologically we are effective because we are conscious and biologically and physiologically is how we interoperate this environment, the extremes, the benefits and the effects. Food too, because we perceive these things of influence we then show projection as a collective communicational source, and also as a shield from stressors of the environment. That is why it is imperative to do one thing alone that could do so much more than you can realize at this moment. Your diet! Knowing that the food influences our bodies’ mood and perception and sheer experience gives us the importance to strive to control our emotions. We make ourselves feel good or feel bad about things perceived and our own interpretation experience. It’s something that highly controllable by our conscious decision. Focus on the positive things so your conscious body becomes an instrument that produce positive chemicals, hormones, feelings. Why because they are all the same thing and now it's less to stress about.
