Goji Cherry Tart Cheesecake

I will be publishing these recipes online to entice you to come experience the delicacy here or in your own home. Come stop in and try the Goji Cherry Tart Cheesecake at Local 1205.
Crust : Take srouted 1/2 Brazil Nuts, Mac Nut, Jungle Peanut, Pecan, 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut, Mulberry, goji berry, and cacao nibs, 1 cup date. Blend to desired texture in food processor. I like to create a real fine blend that is small crumble like appearence. Take the ingredients and press them into the bottom of the pie pan about 1/2 tall. Leave a small handful left over to the side. Place in freezer while you move onto second step.
Goji Cherry Tart: In the vitamix Take 1/2 cup of Irish Moss (remeber to pre soak for 10minutes to remove salt), place that into vitamix with the following 1 cup goji berry, 1 1/2 cup water, 1.2 lemon squeezed, 1 cup sprouted walnut, 1 1/2 cup date, 1/4 cup cherry, 1 1/2 tablespoon mesquite.Blend til nice consitancy and all the "knitty gritty" texture from the goji seed is micronized. Take the pie pan from freezer and pour the goji cherry tart mix into the pie pan. Smooth out or shake pan to create a leveling of layer. This should create about and inch of layer filling. Place back into freezer.
Whip Cream: Take 5 coconuts and scrape out the meat. Use medium to young coconut to get the right consitancy of texture. Do not be discouraged if you get a mature coconut. You can fabricate the recipe by adding in more coconut water and a 1/4 tsp of irish moss. With these 5 coconuts blend 5 dates and 1/2 cup coconut water into a whip cream yogurt texture. Take the pie pan out of the freezer and apply your third layer. This completes the processing for making the Goji Cherry Tart Cheesecake. Place back into freezer and let it chill for 3 hours. Depending on the efficiency of your refrigerator you may only need two hours to enjoy. For a normal house hold freezer I would give yourself a well 4 hourse before removing your pie pan wall molding. This is to keep you from an upset from all that amazing hard work you put into your project.
Once finished freezing remove the molding and carefully place it on the dish to your desire. You can leave it on the pie pan if you like.
Cherry Tart Confection: Take 1/2 cup cherry, 1/4 cup goji berries, 6 dates, 1/2 cup water and blend together in vitamix. If you have an empty mustard bottle, this is what you'll need to do, fill the ingredients of the cherry tart confection into container and let sit in fridge for 10 min. After it has formed to more soliderity, go ahead and design whatever image, shapes, words of
"I love you", be creative to what you want. Take the crust mix that you created and had to the side and sprinkle on top. If you like you can surround the perimeter with goji berrys like I had done in the picture above. I created a cutting to portion size in placement with goji berries about 1 1/2 inches apart for the guys at Local 1205 to give you the right serving.
