Halloween STREET PHOTOGRAPHY Gallery
This assignment was a lot of fun. Street photography can take you out of your comfort zone. Its good growth. Not that I have problem talking to people but it takes a lot when you ask dozens and dozens if its ok to take there photo. I did not ask most the time. I did make eye contact and thank the people or persons when they stopped to allow their photo to be taken. I use a Canon EOS 80D with a 18-135mm lens. I still am to make a purchase for lease with a wider aperture. I was thinking of purchasing the 50mm 1.4f/s or the 24mm 1.4f/s so I may take better photos at night and do night photography and filming. I did have a challenge in getting good enough photos because of using this lens and the lowest aperture setting is 3 f/s. Not only can photography get you out of your comfort zone it can get you into a whole new comfort zone once you learn the equipment you are using and really discover that love and appreciation for the art.
Below is a good video produced by Kai W on how to up your street photography game. Kai W uses his professional skills and comedy in helping guide you on how you can improve your street photography featuring photographers Joshua K Jackson and Craig Whitehead (a.k.a. SixStreetUnder). Enjoy.
