OAL 490 SUMMER EXPEDITION NEPAL 2018
"NEPAL IS SO COOL!"
Well in Nepal they say "Namaste", This past summer I was blessed to experience traveling abroad to Nepal and doing a 24 day backpack expedition. We did a 14 day trek through the Lower and Upper Mustang Trail with Jaya from Nepal Trail Finder (nepaltrailfidner.com) to Lo Mangthang. It was a gorgeous trek and I will be offering an annual trek to this region every year with Transition the Warrior & Conscious LifeForce with Nepal Trail Finder. See the Events/Rertreats page and the Global Expeditions webpage for your consideration. Thank you.
There were many beautiful things I experienced in Nepal and feel called to bring others whom are looking for adventure, affordable travel, decompression, yoga, spiritual journey, and peace. Honestly I was able to process a lot while I was trekking. It was rather healthy too. I gained muscle weight from all the good food and exercise on the "Nepali Flat" terrain. The food is mostly organic there in Nepal however mostly the packaged foods are not. Plenty of fresh air and the most gorgeous views I have ever seen. Well most things I view are gorgeous and thats a blessing itself. There are healing hot springs to discover and also some really humble and amazing people who would love to interact, learn english and grow with you in some way shape or form. Its a very beautiful place and the people are wonderful. You do not have to worry about getting vaccinated to travel in Nepal however I would bring an adequate water filtration unit and be happy that while trekking you'll be free from wifi and cell service.
Yea! I would like to thank my professors Adam Elson, Chad Thatcher, Erik Sol, the military veterans whom have served our country, SOU faculty, and the tax payers of the United States of America for making this possible.
